Project Manager ? Commercial Facility Maintenance - 100% REMOTE
ABCO Maintenance is a Staten Island, NY based commercial facility maintenance & construction company. We have been operating in the tri-sate area for over 35 Years. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee a variety of facility maintenance projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the high standards of quality that our clients expect.
You will act as the primary point of contact between clients, field technicians, and/or subcontractors, facilitating effective completion of commercial maintenance projects.
We are looking for someone who has a strong hands-on/field-based background in facility maintenance and/or construction. Additionally, candidates must have proven experience in project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills. CANDIDATES MUST ALSO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE COMPUTER ASSESSMENTS.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise commercial facility maintenance & construction projects from start to finish.
- Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment
- Monitor progress and performance against the project plan, making adjustments as necessary.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.,
