The Remote Customer Service role will work in our Sales and Account Management Department to assist in day-to-day operations centered around Sales and Account management. The ideal candidate will have a fine attention to detail and comprehensive documentation skills, and well as an ability to proactively follow-up on customer feedback, issues, and resolutions. This position also requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers or potential customers, strong communication and decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Documenting Issues: Accurately record any customer-related issues and work orders in the system.
- Customer Follow Up: Proactivily follow up with customers and key accounts to ensure their needs are met.
