ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance and Construction company that has been serving the Tri-State area for over 35 years, operating 24 / 7. We are seeking a Customer Serivce Representative to work in our Sales / Account Management Department.

The Customer Service role will work in our Account Management Department to assist in day-to-day operations centered around Sales / Account management. The ideal candidate will have a fine attention to detail and comprehensive documentation skills, and well as an ability to proactively follow-up on customer feedback, issues, and resolutions. This position also requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers or potential customers, strong communication and decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction
