Abco Maintenance is seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our team and assist in upgrading and maintaining our long-established technology systems. Our company has been using the same database software for over 20 years, and we're now looking for an experienced developer to optimize workflows, train staff, and ensure maximum utilization of current technologies.

Key Responsibilities :
Application and Process Automation : Streamline workflows, build responsive applications, and automate processes for efficiency.Custom Dashboards and Reports : Develop and maintain customized reports, and dashboards, and troubleshoot issues.Client Interaction : Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strategy and Testing : Collaborate on testing strategies and provide recommendations for new solutions.Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.Training and Support : Serve as a technical resource, providing training and troubleshooting support to the team.Project Management Expertise
Project Management Tools : Proficient in tools like ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, or MS Projects; creating and managing epics, user stories, and tasks.Time Tracking & Cost Management : Experience with tools such as Tempo Timesheets (Jira) or similar add-ons for time tracking and cost management.Integrations & Workflow Optimization : Ability to integrate project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Slack, Zapier) to streamline processes and improve productivity.Customizing Workflows : Tailor workflows, fields, and automation rules to meet specific project needs.Technical Skills and Expertise

Position Requirements
Required Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 5 years as a developer / analyst, preferably in a service-based or construction / maintenance organization.Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.Technical Expertise : Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL, and data warehousing. Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and MS Access is required.Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting abilities and the ability to optimize code effectively.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.APIs and Data : Familiarity with APIs and remote data processing.Additional Skills : Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms are a bonus.Full-Time / Part-Time
