The Remote Account Manager will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail and facility service accounts. This position requires strong communication and decision-making skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction. We are looking for a leader to work with our customers to ensure service levels are being met. The ideal candidate with have experience working with and/or managing facility services or maintenance and retail management.
