Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive diagnostics to accurately identify issues and recommend appropriate services.
- Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate them effectively to customers.
- Manage service appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of service requirements and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history.
- Promote additional services such as brake repair, tire service, diesel engine repair, and alignments based on customer needs.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and follow-up communications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or as a service advisor in a dealership setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in service writing and managing service orders efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
