Pay range $22.00 - $24.50 per hour

Our Recruiters support Homecare Operations by recruiting the best caregiving talent. This position involves extensive telephone work in a high-volume environment.
- Serve as the first point of contact with applicants to sell the position and promote our company values
- Source applicants from job boards
- Conduct phone screens to gauge whether a candidate's experience and skills align with the job requirements
- Act as the company's brand ambassadors, to ensure applicants have a positive experience and a clear understanding of the role and hiring process
- Participate in Community Events and Job Fairs
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a professional phone demeanor and strong communication skills who enjoys talking to people
- Prior recruiting experience is a plus
- Must be able to multi-task and manage work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to make independent decisions
- Must be results focused
- Work well independently within a team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have intermediate computer proficiency and be able to work well in different databases at the same time
- Home Care experience is a plus
- Bi-Lingual Spanish or Russian preferred
