- Assist with personal assistant duties, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Offer outstanding customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
- Utilize computer literacy to manage office software applications and maintain electronic files.
- Operate phone systems effectively for internal communication and customer interactions.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
