Overview
ABCT Group provides amusement machines, skill redemption machines and other popular products to small business owners in the restaurant/bar, convenience store, vape store and other industries. We are looking for a self-propelled Account Executive, or Sales Executive, to join our team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the amusement and gaming industry. As a sales and account executive, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with restaurant/bar owners, convenience store owners and other business owners. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales, an understanding of the hospitality industry, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and target new business opportunities in your designated territory through prospecting (phone calls, emails and in-person), market research, networking, and industry events.
- Develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects for machine placement.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Create and implement tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative discussions with potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals for growth.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Help locations with marketing and promotion of their machines.
Market Insights and Reporting
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel in the field extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network of contacts within the hospitality and related industries.
- Experience with route sales, gaming software, or related technology products.
