About the Role
This leadership position is responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to propel growth for the Clinical Diagnostics business. The successful candidate will be an expert in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to reach key customer segments.
Key Accountabilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of multi-year brand campaigns that effectively convey value propositions and differentiate products for key customer segments.
- Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future marketing initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and expansion.
Essential Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced degrees.
- Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in outbound marketing, preferably in the Life Science or Clinical Diagnostic Markets.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Clinical Diagnostics market and ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Marketing Expertise: Proven track record of using and optimizing multi-channel marketing approaches to target the right customers at the right time.
