Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for remote work. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, drafting legal documents, taking and defending depositions, and attending hearings, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of civil litigation experience (personal injury experience is a plus).
- Strong research skills and proficiency in negotiation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in California.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
