SAP Controlling (CO) Senior Consultant (open to location)
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in the SAP module of Controlling (CO).
- Translate business requirements into functional design for FICO.
- Identify, document, highlight and escalate issues related to FICO.
- Develop / manage detailed configuration and testing of the system to meet functional business requirements.
- Responsible for the functional design, build, testing and delivery of the system based on business requirements.
- Mentor less experienced consultants in SAP FICO configuration settings and integration with other modules.
- Prepare training materials and conduct project team training and/or end-user training.
- Perform post-implementation support or knowledge transfer activities as necessary.
- SAP FICO consultant with strong CO skills related to product costing and project revenue recognition methods.
- Minimum of 8 years SAP project experience with 4-5 full-cycle SAP implementation projects in the role of a CO consultant.
- S/4HANA project experience.
- Implementation experience in Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (PC) and CO period-end closing processes.
- Experienced in integration points between FI/CO, Production Planning (PP), Project Systems (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules.
- Project Systems (PS) experience is a plus.
- Material Ledger – Actual Costing experience is a plus.
- Manufacturing and/or Project accounting experience is a plus.
- Excellent English communication / presentation skills (verbal and written).
