Job Description:
In this Pilot Plant Engineering Manager position, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of automation systems for pilot-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Assume a project lead role to interface with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manages automation employees or contractors in execution of work
- Suggests automation upgrades to existing equipment or systems
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
* 5 years of experience in automation systems design, development, and programming
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* cGMP and GAMP 5 experience in Bio-Pharm or Pharmaceutical industry a plus
