Abel Chevrolet in Rio Vista is looking for a well-qualified Sales and Finance manager to join our award-winning sales team. Our Sales and Finance manager has a unique role since we are not a "turn-over" store.
Our sales Managers handle the deal from the beginning to the end. They handle the entire sales process, the finance process, and the delivery process. This method has amazing results, both financially and customer satisfaction wise. Not only does this method work well, but it also combines two roles which inevitably increase that manager’s income compared to the traditional roles. This may sound like two roles combined into one, but it is more time efficient, better business building and much better customer retention. This process has doubled our retention and best of all, our customer referrals, making it the best process for all parties.
Family owned and operated! Closed Sundays and normal working hours with two days off a week. 401k, full health benefits, paid vacation, etc.
