What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the coordination, quality, and safety of construction projects, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish.
- Managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring that everything is completed on time and within scope.
- Keeping accurate records and handling all necessary paperwork to maintain smooth project flow.
- Working closely with our Project Manager to ensure the team stays aligned and on track.
- Promoting safety at all times, in line with OSHA, customer, and ABEL Construction standards.
- Looking after company tools and equipment, making sure they’re secure and in top condition.
- Ensuring safety through regular jobsite audits and maintaining up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Mentoring and guiding the ABEL crew, helping them improve their skills and maintain our high-quality standards.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure everything is in place for smooth project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledgeable in reading blueprints, scheduling jobs, and working with construction tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety practices and quality improvement procedures.
- Someone with a positive attitude who will contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
- A proactive individual who is comfortable leading by example and offering guidance to others.
- OSHA 10 certification (or the willingness to complete it in your first year).
- Current First Aid/CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it).
