Sales Executive Job in Springfield, OR
I am currently seeking a Sales Executive to cover the Springfield, OR territory. The position offers EXCELLENT STABILITY with a well-established company, and tremendous upside (financially and career pathing) for the right individual.
Compensation package includes a base salary, bonus plan, and benefits.
I am seeking someone with the following skills and attributes :
- Demonstrated outside sales experience.
- Three (3) plus years’ experience in selling services, and / or medical device sales would be a plus.
- Experience in hitting call points such as doctor’s offices and healthcare institutions.
- Ability to think strategically and develop a territorial call plan.
- Self-directed problem-solving.
- Experience at developing underperforming territories.
- An articulate, excellent listener / communicator.
- Competitive nature.
- College degree or previous relevant job experience required.
