As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Managers to oversee operations, manage timelines, and ensure successful project execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee door and trim installation projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with home builders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Review project specifications and ensure products meet those specifications.
- Resolve any project-related issues and communicate immediately with customers.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any concerns and develop relationships with customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare project reports and communicate updates to managers and owners. Improve operational efficiency and contribute to process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of project management experience. Experience in construction, millwork, or a related industry prefered.
- Prior understanding or quick learner of door and trim products, materials, and installation processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to develop relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with home builders and general contractors.
- Knowledge of door and trim products, materials, and installation processes. Familiarity with ERP systems and scheduling tools.
