Job Description :
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Assist patients with placing at home heart devices, educating them on usage and troubleshooting devices.
- Log patient data when needed and respond promptly to customer inquiries and notify them of planned adjustments in service dates or device changes.
- Communicating with customers through various channels and documenting customer interactions, transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Travel to client locations to assist with device set-up.
- Other related duties as assigned.
