Job Opportunity : Part-Time / Contract Experienced Lawyer – Business, Estates, and Litigation Law
Location : Harrisburg, PA
Pay : $60 - $120 / hour (dependent on experience)

This role focuses on business law, estate planning and administration, and litigation. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel in business law matters, including contracts, entity formation, and compliance.
- Draft and oversee estate plans, wills, trusts, and handle estate administration.
- Represent clients in litigation cases, including conducting research, drafting pleadings, and attending court hearings.
- Collaborate with the firm's team to ensure timely and effective client service.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm's standards for ethical practice.
