VTC Administrator (Two Positions – First & Third Shift)
Location : Columbus, OH (On-Site)

Position Overview
We are seeking two VTC Administrators to join our team supporting the DLA Video Operations Center (VOC) in Columbus, OH . These positions will provide high-level support for secure video teleconferencing (VTC) operations , ensuring seamless connectivity, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining compliance with DISA STIGs, Federal IA policies, and US CYBERCOM directives .
Available Shifts
- First Shift : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
- Third Shift : Monday – Friday, 12 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 AM
- Occasional evening and weekend support may be required to meet program and contract needs
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and actively manage VTC calls for senior leaders as part of a white-glove serviceProvide Tier II support to troubleshoot VTC conferences, including connectivity, audio, and video issuesUse TMS, CMS, CMM for conference control and scheduling per current STIGsAssist in setting up FLAG-level or SES employee VTC meetings 60 minutes prior to conference timePerform CODEC updates and technical administrative tasks under the supervision of the leadProvide 24 / 7 onsite support for critical VTC service issues, fault isolation, performance analysis, and incident managementInstall and troubleshoot VTC endpoints within the DLA enterprise VTC infrastructureCreate, update, and manage trouble tickets in DLA ITOC ServiceNow Remedy systemMaintain and update Configuration Management (CM) tracking changes to the DLA Enterprise VTC NetworkSupport proactive maintenance and Tech Refresh planning for VTC infrastructure hardware / softwareEnsure all VTC components comply with DISA STIGs and DoD IA directivesProvide software and configuration updates per DoD cybersecurity directivesOffer over-the-shoulder or remote training on VTC operations, including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshootingDevelop and maintain CONOPS, SOPs, quick start guides, and troubleshooting guidesProvide weekly operational status reports and infrastructure updates to DLA and relevant stakeholdersRequired Qualifications
2-5 years of IT experience in the Video Teleconferencing (VTC) domainActive Secret Clearance with IT-I Sensitivity (U.S. Citizenship required)DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification , such as :Security CE, CySA , GSEC, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, GICSP
Computing Environment Certification , such as :Implementing Cisco Certified Technician Supporting Cisco Devices (CLTECH)
