PeopleSoft Developer
Location : Harrisburg, PA (1 day in office per week)
Schedule : 8 AM – 5 PM (Flexible)
Salary : $90,000-$120,000 (Dependent on experience)
Job Purpose and Summary
The Sr. PeopleSoft Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining application solutions that meet the business needs of the organization. This individual will be responsible for complex assignments, working closely with Application / Integration Architects and Solution Architects to ensure quality and functionality. The position involves leading the development process, testing, and providing technical support, while collaborating across teams to address technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development :
- Code / build solutions based on specifications provided by Requirements Analysts and Architects.
- Design, develop, and enhance PeopleSoft applications using approved tools and technologies.
- Testing & Quality Assurance :
- Lead unit tests and functional test coverage for assigned tasks.
- Conduct application testing and ensure solutions meet quality standards.
- Technical Leadership :
- Review code changes and oversee documentation processes.
- Participate in code and technical reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Collaboration & Risk Management :
- Collaborate with Architects to develop prototypes and proof of concept systems.
- Work with stakeholders to identify risks and participate in mitigation activities.
- Support & Maintenance :
- Provide on-call support for production systems.
- Oversee production support, including incident resolution, code corrections, upgrades, and patches.
