Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Gather, review, and analyze complex financial reports and data sets to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understand and apply federal regulations to diverse service providers—training provided!
- Critical Thinking: Independently analyze documentation and provide technical assistance to stakeholders.
- Policy Application: Learn Pennsylvania’s policies for Title IV-E allowable claiming related to foster care providers.
- Database Management: Accurately collect, enter, and manage findings in databases, ensuring timely reporting and data integrity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) with a strong emphasis on data management and analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, social work, public policy, or a related field; OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in child welfare and Title IV-E eligibility.
- Skills: Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical abilities and excellent communication skills. Must excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
