Position Overview : We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Office Assistant to serve as the welcoming, first point of contact of our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring a top-level customer experience, managing front desk operations, and assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. This is a temp role.
Key Responsibilities :
Front Desk Operations :
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls appropriately.
- Provide a warm and professional experience for clients, guests, and employees, both in person and over the phone.
- Direct incoming phone inquiries and walk-in customers to the appropriate department.
- Maintain awareness of daily office activities to effectively connect departments, clients, and visitors.
- Greet and escort walk-in clients, ensuring they receive the information and assistance they need.

This is a part-time, non-exempt, 100% on-site position.
Work Hours - Mon - Fri - 12 PM - 4 PM
