Position Summary:
As the Housekeeping Supervisor at Abellona Inn & Suites, you are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order throughout our inn. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Assists the Housekeeping Manager to Lead, train, and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring they maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest service.
Housekeeping Operations: Oversee all housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards.
Inventory Management: Assist the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring an adequate and organized inventory of housekeeping supplies.
Guest Relations: Address guest housekeeping requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience in housekeeping management or a related role is required.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
