As a Automotive Technician at Abeloff Auto Group, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing vehicles, working with Service Advisors to develop repair orders, and performing vehicle repairs and maintenance. You will also be expected to road-test vehicles to ensure problems are resolved and continuously learn new technical information and techniques from more senior technicians as well as in formal training sessions to stay abreast of rapidly changing automotive technology.
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; ASE certification preferred but not required. Experienced Technicians are encouraged to apply, and ASE Cert., PA Inspection & Emissions, and any training are all desirable. For those with minimal experience, education in an automotive program is a big plus. Basic computer skills & experience with automotive software preferred, and a current, valid driver's license is a MUST. Also must be able to pass a drug screen.
