The firm handles the defense of a variety of complex catastrophic injury matters, primarily in the areas of construction, products liability, transportation, and premises liability. The ideal candidate will have five to ten years of insurance defense litigation experience, with some experience defending products liability matters, and be licensed to practice in PA (NJ license would be a plus but is not mandatory).
