Litigation Associate
This Montgomery County boutique firm needs a litigation associate with both NJ and PA State Bar. Exposure to Orphan's Court matters would be a plus. This is an opportunity to learn a specialty under the direction of real experts in the estate litigation practice. You will assist in all aspects of the case, draft petitions and motions, and cover small matters in court quite often If you are tired of doing insurance defense or personal injury or in District Attorney’s office looking to join a private practice with billables that are reasonable, this is an interesting practice that touches on many areas of law, financial fraud, guardianship matters, family law. .A special attraction of this role is you'd be representing both individuals and corporate clients. It is important you have been in a courtroom that you like to investigate and research the details. Would like 3-10 years of practice experience.
