This well-respected Center City Plaintiffs firm is looking to add a 10 year litigation paralegal with complex personal injury experience supporting trial attorneys.
Must have worked with complex, sophisticated Plaintiffs’ catastrophic injury claims resulting in significant settlements and jury verdicts - Responsibilities include client interviews, witness interviews, gathering and organizing medical records, client communication, participation in expert witness conferences, medical research, drafting of pleadings, discovery motions, deposition digests, medical brochures, settlement brochures, attendance at medical examinations, perform all tasks required for settlement distribution, trial notebooks, trial preparation and assistance at trial. This a firm with very little turnover, so they will not consider someone with many short term positions. It’s a great place to work with an excellent legal support group and newsworthy trial attorneys. This is 5 days in the office. Excellent compensation
