We specialize in fluid power design, hydraulic systems, pneumatic control, and electro-mechanical solutions. Our expertise serves industries like oil and gas, rigging and recovery, power generation, construction, manufacturing, process and pipeline. We are trusted for engineering solutions and are known for designing and fabricating custom hydraulic power units, hydraulic valve actuators, and hydraulic winch packages.
We are looking for a motivated Engineering Intern to assist the engineering department this summer. The duties of the Engineering Intern include assisting with daily engineering tasks and projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD modelling and have a general knowledge of mechanical engineering principles. Ultimately, a successful candidate should be collaborative, trustworthy, receptive to feedback, & eager to learn.
Requirements : Responsibilities
- Performing engineering calculations, including working with computer aided design (CAD) tools, mostly SolidWorks.
- Helping the engineering team in making assembly models and drawings to assist production.
- Analyzing data to determine possible causes and solutions.
- Working with other engineers on design teams, communicating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the design meets requirements.
- Gain a basic learning of hydraulics and manufacturing through hands on learning.
