About the Role

As an Inside Sales Associate (ISA) , your primary responsibility will be to convert inbound and outbound leads into face-to-face listing appointments for our agents. You’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging potential clients, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience from the first contact to the appointment.

Key Responsibilities :

Proactively call and follow up with leads using proven scripts and strategies

Book and confirm listing appointments for our agents

Track and update all lead activity in our CRM system

Respond to inbound leads within five minutes via phone, email, or text

Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through daily calls to expired listings, FSBOs, and referrals

Provide detailed lead notes and communicate with the sales team

Meet and exceed key performance targets, including :

  • 100 outbound dials per day
  • 6 listing appointments set per week
  • 10 new listings secured per month

Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and training workshops

Represent our team with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

Who You Are :

  • A natural communicator with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems (or willing to learn)
  • Experienced in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus but not required)
  • Someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Coachable, eager to learn, and committed to personal and professional growth

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years' experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
