- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing builders, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
- Identify and create new opportunities for collaboration with builders to drive sales.
- Represent ABF Security at industry and community events, building the company’s visibility and reputation.
- Partner with the builder community to develop and implement marketing programs that highlight the company’s services and values.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business development and sales objectives.
- Supervise and provide guidance to employees within the Residential Sales department as needed.
- Manage and motivate teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in builder relations, sales, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Proven leadership ability and business acumen.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
