Job Title: Lead Experienced Carpenter
Department: Construction
Reports To: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality carpentry work in a timely and efficient manner. The Carpenter will work collaboratively with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications.
- Take accurate measurements and calculate material requirements.
- Cut, shape, and install various materials such as wood, plywood, and drywall.
- Construct and install frameworks, partitions, door and window frames, stairs, rafters, and flooring.
- Fit and install trim, moldings, and other finishing elements.
- Build and install cabinets, shelving, and other custom woodwork.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a carpenter in the construction industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and nail guns.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
