Duties
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Develop project schedules and timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets while maintaining accurate records of costs.
- Review schematics and construction documents to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
