Duties
- Plan and manage construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track
- Utilize construction management software (Buildertrend) for project coordination
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety regulations
