Job Title: Client Care Specialist/Coordinator

Base: Advantage Behavioral Health Services

Direct Supervisor: Director of Client Care

Job Type: Full-time


Job Purpose Summary:

The Client Care Specialist plays a pivotal role in client outreach, business development, scheduling, coordination, and education to enhance the utilization of ABH services.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting Zoom video calls (consultations) for scheduled clients to provide comprehensive education on both TMS and Spravato, covering topics such as explaining each treatment option, insurance questions, coordination of medical appointments, time commitments, logistics, insurance coverage, and assessments for each service.
  • Receiving direct, incoming phone calls from clients interested in TMS or Spravato services.
  • Reviewing clinical documentation to identify internal clients eligible for additional services.
  • Conducting outbound outreach to potential clients across various programs.
  • Addressing inquiries regarding ABH services from both internal and external candidates and assisting in the collection of outcomes data related to specific programs or services.
  • Collaborating with Clinical and Medical departments to identify and reach internal clients who could benefit from additional ABH services.

Recommended Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of professional experience


Required Experience:
Experience in sales and/or healthcare customer service, with knowledge and proficiency in AMD and Salesforce platforms.

Preferred Experience: PPC/SEO call center experience


Proper Knowledge and Skills:

  • Familiarity with ABH programs and clinical/medical benefits.
  • Understanding of medical red flags and rule-outs for specific services.
  • Knowledge of carrier-specific authorization requirements for different ABH services.
  • Strong and professional customer service skills.
