Job Title: Client Experience Coordinator
Base: Victory Bay Recovery Center
Job Purpose Summary:
Responsible for relationship and rapport building with the clientele of Victory Bay Recovery Center. Responsible for execution of alumni functions and AMA blocking.

Responsibilities Include:
- Relationship building with clients of all Victory Bay Recovery Center programs
- Providing AMA follow-up phone calls
- Actively blocking AMA’s
- Spotting, delegating and/or addressing problems that occur in client experience in both Dignity Hall and Victory Bay
- Attends Clinical Orientation Groups
- Collaborate with Admissions and Clinical to assist in refer out process
- Liaise with PRS Team Lead and Clinical Staff to ensure best client outcomes and communication of client needs
- On-Call/After-Hours Phone coverage and availability, as needed
- Maintain frequent communication with all alumni members
- Maintain and frequently update social networking presence, managing alumni Facebook page
- Organize and facilitate the monthly new client lunch
- Manage and prepare PowerPoint presentations to orient new clients to our Alumni program.
- Organize and facilitate the monthly Alumni Meeting.
- Organize and facilitate the quarterly Alumni dinner
- Organize and facilitate a quarterly Alumni event.
- Organize and distribute Alumni packages (jacket, coin, etc.)
- Liaise between departments as it relates to organizing alumni events or assisting alumni members with treatment.
- Works a mix of day, night and swing shift in order to make maximum contact with full census

Required education: N/A
Required experience: 2-4 years' experience working in a Drug & Alcohol Treatment Facility.
Proper Knowledge and Skills:
- Proper English and grammar, usage and spelling
- Software application related to the field
- General offices principles and practices
- Basic computer knowledge including email etiquette
- Professional phone and customer service demeanor
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs.
- Occasional to frequent walking, sitting, standing, driving
- Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing)
Environmental Factors:
- Communicable diseases
- Hot/cold temperatures
- Environmental conditions may vary
Required licenses or certifications:
- Can obtain through Victory Bay after hiring if not obtained prior.
- Current CPR Certification
- Narcan training
- Peer Recovery Specialist Certification
- Crisis Prevention Institute Certification (Within first 90 days of employment)
