Job Description

Salary : Competitive Market Value

Basic Function : ABIs Web Developer creates, maintains, and improves websites and web assets for the promotion of ABI products.

Activities & Responsibilities :

Build and maintain web experiences using HTML / CSS / JS / PHP and other front-end technologies.
Function as ABIs website administrator.
Collaborate with UX / UI Designer to develop web experiences from Figma wireframes and prototypes.
Document project build and maintenance.
Code and deploy applications in a cross-platform, cross-browser environment.
Maintain web properties via Git, HubSpot, WPEngine, and custom PHP application.
Convert layout and design concepts, created by UX / UI Designer, into HTML & CSS layouts based on ABIs Bootstrap-based design system.
Apply back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robot.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills.
Continually improve all ABI websites and launch new web initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
Implement and maintain new ecommerce platform.
Drive implementation of new web technologies to enhance user experience.
Leverage Google Webmaster Tools & Google Analytics to improve site performance, SEO, and strategic business goals.
Maintain an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in ongoing training.
Attend meetings and perform special assignments, projects, or other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in the use and application of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, web layout / coding software, photo editing software, and vector art software

Proficient with Wordpress or additional CMS platforms

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud

Functional knowledge of WPEngine and HubSpot

Must have unwavering integrity and positivity

Must be emotionally intelligent, a humble contributor to group goals and company needs

Must be a self-motivated and driven learner with a desire to grow and be developed

Must be willing to participate in ongoing education

Must be proficient utilizing computers, mobile devices, and core office applications

Advanced ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

Developed ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems

Education & Experience :

Minimum 2 years successful web development experience

Minimum 2 years experience working in close collaboration with a creative team

Physical Requirements :

Must be willing to work in-house

Must have the ability to safely lift 40 pounds

Must have the ability to stand, sit, and / or see a screen for a full work shift

Ability to talk or hear to communicate with others via phone, in-person, and / or computer

Ability to listen to customers / vendors / colleagues, problem solve, and respond accordingly

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Environmental Conditions & Travel :

The employee is exposed to manufacturing and warehouse environments with moderate to loud noise as well as office environments with moderate noise.

The employee is required to wear suitable Personal Protective Equipment while working in the warehouse or manufacturing environments.

Travel : Less than 5%.
