Job Description
The Office Assistant supports all operations of Abide Home Care, at their specific location, in the market they serve. This position reports to the Operations Coordinator and Regional Administrator of their Regional location.
Results inherent to this position
To help retain long-term quality clients by effectively executing systems related to service inquiries, billing, payroll, caregiver scheduling and other such systems that support the overall operations of Abide Home Care.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operational duties such as file management, communications management, scheduling, appointment setting, caregiving, on call duties for emergencies.
