This position involves various administrative tasks, including transcribing documents, managing files, and assisting with event planning.
Duties
- Transcribe meeting notes and other documents accurately and promptly.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents.
- Perform data entry tasks to keep records up-to-date and accurate.
- Support office management by handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting functions as needed.
- Provide general office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in data entry and file management practices.
- Excellent computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately for transcription purposes.
- Experience in event planning is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
