Job Title : Business Analyst

Location : 100% Remote (USA – Preferred candidates from New York, NY 10001)

Contract Type : 80% Contract-Based, Full-time

Hourly Rate : $50 - $60 per hour

Project Overview :

We are initiating a new Business Process Transformation project at XYZ Corporation , focusing on optimizing business workflows, system integrations, and data management strategies. This high-visibility project aims to improve operational efficiency and align business processes with strategic goals.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in healthcare, finance, or enterprise transformation projects is a plus.
  • Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA are beneficial but not required.

Requirements Requirements :

  • 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and requirement gathering techniques .
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies .
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
