As a Financial Operations Associate, you will join the Operations team to provide essential middle-office and post-trade support. You will be directly involved in activities such as trade reconciliations, operational risk control, and collaborating with technology teams to enhance automated processes. Your work will support the organization’s goal of achieving 100% straight-through processing while effectively managing operational risk.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Trade Reconciliations : Perform trade reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Operational Risk Controls : Define and implement operational risk controls.
- Internal Reconciliations : Reconcile internal positions across multiple counterparties and asset classes.
- Exception Management : Manage exceptions related to administrative positions, transactions, and cash reconciliations.
- Settlement Oversight : Oversee T 0 matching and settlements across various asset classes and markets.
- Corporate Actions : Handle mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, as well as post-trade event life cycles.
- Process Improvement : Analyze the current operational platform to improve straight-through processing and identify efficiencies.
- Technology Collaboration : Collaborate with technology teams to automate processes and drive innovation.
- Incident Management : Track, resolve, and remediate operational incidents.
