- Cost Estimating,
- Experience in change order evaluation and project management
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Certifications in relevant areas such as CCP, CEP, PE will be favourable
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
