The Cloud Implementation Manager will work closely with the Managed Services Practice Lead, Director of Technical Operations, and leaders from other departments to deliver exceptional support to internal and external customers. Having AWS/Azure and Infrastructure expertise is critical.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage direct reports, vendors, and service providers as well as a remote diverse tier 2/3 technical operations team.
- Ensure the efficient utilization of technical resources.
- Ensure best practices are established, implemented, and followed for effective problem resolution in a high availability environment.
- Ensure change management practices conform to client organization standards and the same for Astadia internal CAB reviews.
- Provide IT infrastructure planning, development, implementation, and support to include Sales Support for RFP responses.
- Analyze existing operations, and team members, and make recommendations/changes to improve and grow with the business.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BS, Information Technology, or 10 years' experience in IT.
- Must be accomplished at transforming, creating, and managing projects, clients, and operational teams to deliver high-quality technology projects & services.
- Must possess strong technical knowledge of AWS / Azure Cloud management, O365, PowerShell and data center operating systems & tools.
- Proven experience in building and managing both onsite and virtual technical support teams.
- Proven experience managing remote monitoring and Infrastructure teams.
- Strong sense of urgency on all client events and ability to meet F-T-F with customer(s) on regular basis
- Must be ITIL certified
- Display exceptional written and in-person communications.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to Bedford and Cambridge
