Job Summary

Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and document findings accurately.
- Maintain and update medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Monitor patients’ progress and respond to changes in their condition promptly.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy in daily tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a nursing role is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and electronic health records is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance.
