Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Conduct physical examinations and assess patient health status.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, as well as state regulations
- Coordinate care for patients, ensuring tailored approaches to meet their unique needs.
- Facilitate effective communication among healthcare teams to promote collaborative patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust as necessary.
- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance team skills.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license with experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in care practices and patient assessment techniques.
- Strong ability to perform basic life support techniques when needed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
