The Role at a glance :
As the Staffing Manager for the New York region, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of staffing management for all business units. This includes recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, managing employee files, and offboarding. You will ensure that our staffing operations are efficient, our staff are well-trained, and our recruitment processes are streamlined across all locations in New York.
What you'll be doing :
Recruitment & Hiring
- Strategic Recruitment : Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various business units across New York.
- Hiring Events : Lead and manage hiring events at the beginning of each season, including local university and business organization outreach.
- Talent Sourcing : Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including recruiting events and networking.
