Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients to promote and sell our virtual assistant recruitment and business support services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads client interactions and sales activity.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. At least two years of proven sales experience, preferably in a commission-based or remote role. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to work independently, manage your time, and take initiative. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals. Comfortable utilizing virtual tools to communicate and work remotely. Familiarity with US markets is a plus and you must reside there. Assist in creating and refining sales materials to effectively communicate our services to clients.
