Overview
Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Enterprise Services Engineer supporting an Intelligence Community Customer.
The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Provides service information including capacity, availability and health, system and device information, software and license consumption, user entitlements, component relationships, service inter-dependencies, status of compliance, lab services, and support lifecycles
- Produces and delivers Information Dashboard and Reporting Services Service Design Packages and associated Design Artifacts
- Identifies holistic Informational views of the production and connected enclave and/or lab environments and services to include discoverable and non-discoverable information
- Identifies solution for presentation of service information from existing enterprise data sources including systems such as SharePoint metadata, application data fields, Active Directory, Exchange and databases, tools, APls, structured and semi-structured files
- Identifies extensible capabilities to include future additional data sources and reporting for new service requirements
Qualifications
Clearance Required: TS/SCI
Degree and Years of Experience: 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.
Required Certifications:
- DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security CE)
Desired Certifications:
- ITIL Foundations certification
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of SharePoint metadata, application data fields, Active Directory, Exchange, Databases, and other systems and services
- Understanding of both physical and virtual infrastructure hosting one or more Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, Solaris, UNIX, and/or AIX systems
