A. Assist the director and associate directors regarding the administrative needs of the office
B. Provide administrative support for academic advisors, financial aid counselors, and student services
C. Oversee front line support and the daily operations of the front desk
A. Assist the director and associate directors regarding the administrative needs of the office
1. General office/staff support when needed
2. Help with special projects (I.e., data collection, surveys, etc)
3. On behalf of Wildcat Central, communicate professionally and effectively across campus with faculty, department chairs, Deans and other administrators
B. Provide administrative support for academic advisors, financial aid counselors, and student services
1. Make appointments and check students in for appointments
2. Scan and upload documents into the electronic student file
3. Answer questions and provide a limited number of services from the front desk regarding academic advising, financial aid, and student services.
4. Filter student, parent and staff questions to the appropriate WC staff member
5. Lead communication and organization for student services, which includes but may not be limited to, Wildcat Wheels, holiday bus transportation initiatives, table reservations, etc.
C. Oversee front line support and the daily operations of the front desk
1. Greet visitors
2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, answer voicemail
3. Order, receive office supplies and maintain office inventory
4. Coordinate with facilities regarding maintenance needs of the office
5. Oversee cashiering
6. Assist in managing student workers, which includes front desk expectations, 7shifts scheduling, call center expectations, tardiness and attendance, and overall behavior and communication of student workers.

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in customer service field
