A. Professional
- Must be a student attending Abilene Christian University
- Customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with the use of fax, printing, copy, and scanning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software tools, E-Mail applications, and web browsers
- Experience and knowledge of Banner strongly preferred (Training is available)

Responsible to the President's Office for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining confidential information, undertaking tasks including but not limited to answering phones, data entry, special projects, filing, and assisting customers.
A. Provide exceptional customer service to the ACU faculty, staff, students, Board members, alumni, and others who may need assistants by phone, email, or in person.
B. Responsible for completing various President Office duties, including but not limited to: special projects, data entry, filing, answering phones, delivering items on and off campus, and assisting customers.
