- Engage students in hands-on activities that promote exploration, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create an inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Experience
- Proven experience working with young children in various settings such as daycare, private schools, or early intervention programs.
- Familiarity with Conscious Discipline is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and practices related to early childhood education.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a supportive learning environment for all students.
